What happens after a referral is received?

Once a referral and comprehensive assessment have been received, our clinical team reviews the information to determine suitability for the programme.

If accepted, our Operations Team will provide pre-admission documentation and begin working alongside the referrer and prospective resident to prepare for admission. This includes coordinating documentation, detox arrangements where required, travel planning and communication throughout the process.

A confirmed admission date is allocated once all required information has been received and admission requirements have been completed. Our aim is to ensure each resident arrives well prepared, allowing them to focus on settling into the programme from day one.
