CLINICAL TEAM LEADER

St Marks is a unique residential alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment facility based in the beautiful region of Marlborough, which offers individuals an exceptional work/life balance.

An opportunity has become available for a Clinical Team Leader with proven leadership experience that will maximise our potential. You will continue the achievement of quality client outcomes for those participating in our treatment programme which is based on a small therapeutic community for up to 16 clients over 12 to 16 weeks.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday with some 'on-call'.

The successful candidate will be a high achiever, and suitably qualified as a Registered Alcohol and other Drug Practitioner. Along with your excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve, your experience in therapeutic community's group work and counselling would be valued by us, and we would welcome an application from you.
